It`s really important your business is on Google Maps (even if you don`t have a physical address aka online only) and that you regularly update your profile.
#1 CLAIM your business.
Many businesses are unclaimed and unverified. This leaves you out of important searches and the ability to correct information.
#2 HOURS need to be updated regularly and for holidays. Don`t worry, Google will send you 100 emails to ask you if you`re open π
#3 ADD CATEGORIES so your clients know all about you and what you offer.
#4 POST new photos regularly. You want to set your profile up with a bunch of well lit and clear photographs, but you also need to add a few new photos every month.
#5 RESPOND to customers reviews and questions. Don`t leave them hanging! The people who wrote your business are actual people and they deserve an actual response. And it shows you care.
